- Your contact details
- Details of the material including the title / reference number / URL
- The date that you accessed the material
- The nature of your concern and reason for notifying us
- If your concern is in regards to copyright, confirmation that you are the rights holder, or an authorised representative of the rights holder.
- If your concern is in regards to libel, defamation, confidentiality or personal data, confirmation that you are an identifiable subject, or an authorised representative of an identifiable subject.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint by email or letter then attempt to reach an agreement between the original uploader, any additional rights holders, and yourself with the following possible outcomes:
- The material is uploaded again, with the agreement of all parties.
- The material is uploaded again with changes, with the agreement of all parties.
- The material is permanently kept offline.
