HMY Victoria and Albert (Royal Yacht)

The Roby Foundry in Rainhill provided 60 yacht lights and fittings for this Royal Yacht which was completed in 1899 at the Royal Navy Dockyard Pembroke. The Yacht served four sovereigns: Edward Vll, Edward Vlll, George V and George Vl and was used as a depot ship during World War ll.
