Eccleston, 2018
Credit: St Helens Council
The artworks were created by Turner Prize nominee artist Mark Titcher. He had worked closely with refugee and asylum seeker artists in Manchester at creative workshops making imagery with personal messages of the refugee experience. The project was originally developed as part of the ArtReach Journeys Festival International.

The artworks were on display as part of Cultural Hubs, the arts in libraries programme, funded by Arts Council England.
